Silk Dairy Free Soy Yogurt may not be Vegan?

My local Safeway just started carrying Silk Soy Yogurt and it's DELICIOUS! I get a little suspicious about yogurts not being certified Vegan, which this is not. Then I found this little blurb on their FAQ.

We are currently unable to label our Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative products as vegan due to the complex journey that some of our ingredients take on their way from the farm to the store shelf.
