Can someone please tell me the correct APN setting for connecting a Surface 3 LTE to AT&T? The AT&T Shop installed a SIM for me and set up the broadband connection. Unfortunately I have never been able to connect since leaving the store. I can see 'AT&T HSPA' available under network connections, but when I try to connect all I get is a 'can't connect to the network message.'

All AT&T tech support can tell me is that my SIM is activated and my device is correctly entered in their system. They didn't think that the APN of 'broadband' was correct, but they couldn't tell me what the correct APN should be for a Windows tablet. Can someone please check their network settings and tell me the correct APN for AT&T?

Also, related question: My Surface 3 LTE is actually a Verizon version. I was told by the seller that all Verizon LTE devices were 'unlocked' and would work fine on AT&T (or any other GSM network). Has anyone else had success using a Verizon version of Surface 3 on another carrier?

Thanks!
